How can I pay for my order?You can pay using Wise, PayPal, or Direct Bank Transfer.

Where do you ship the products from?All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia, where Exit Studio is located.

What are the shipping fees?Shipping cost based on the country of destination and weight of the product.

When will my order be shipped?The packing timeline depends on availability. We will pack and ship the order the next day for ready stock, but if it's a pre-order, it will take one week after payment to pack and ship.

What happens if my order hasn’t been delivered or goes missing?If items are missing during delivery, we will offer a full refund after the investigation is finished.

Are there any additional charges for customs duties or taxes?All customs duties and taxes are charged to the receiver.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take a photo or record an unboxing video as soon as the package arrives. Based on this, we will offer you either a full refund or a replacement. Please note that a full refund is not available if the product has been used for more than 30 days or if it shows signs of wear and tear (worn-out).
