  • How can I pay for my order?
    You can pay using Wise, PayPal, or Direct Bank Transfer.
  • Where do you ship the products from?
    All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia, where Exit Studio is located.
  • What are the shipping fees?
    Shipping cost based on the country of destination and weight of the product.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    The packing timeline depends on availability. We will pack and ship the order the next day for ready stock, but if it's a pre-order, it will take one week after payment to pack and ship.
  • What happens if my order hasn’t been delivered or goes missing?
    If items are missing during delivery, we will offer a full refund after the investigation is finished.
  • Are there any additional charges for customs duties or taxes?
    All customs duties and taxes are charged to the receiver.
  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take a photo or record an unboxing video as soon as the package arrives. Based on this, we will offer you either a full refund or a replacement. Please note that a full refund is not available if the product has been used for more than 30 days or if it shows signs of wear and tear (worn-out).
  • How do I submit a refund & replacement request, and what is the process?
